More Than Just A Waiter/Waitress
The biggest misconception of my career is that we are professional wait-staff. Nothing could be further from the truth. Please do not go into this career thinking you are going to have training from four to six weeks learning how to pour a soda and hand out food. You are going to be a trained safety professional that is capable of handling any situation that could arise on an airplane. 99.99% of the time everything goes according to plan. The great part is, when you need your training, it becomes instinctual.
