Tortilla Personal Pizza

Who would have thought that a tortilla personal pizza would be so easy and delicious? Ok, will I didn’t. The Tortilla Personal Pizza is an easy meal to fix even with a busy lifestyle.

I have taken a recipe from foodnetwork.com and made it Keto friendly. It’s a recipe that is easy, flexible and can be made to specifications like any other pizza. Let me know how your Tortilla Personal Pizza turns out and what toppings you used. Pictures are always welcomed.

Ingredients:

La Banderita Low-Carb Tortillas

1 low carb tortilla

2 TBSP Olive Oil

1 Jar of Low Carb Pizza Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese (Or Cheese of Choice)

Personal Toppings (Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Chicken, Canadian Bacon, etc.)

*Mushrooms, onions, chicken and some other toppings should be precooked.

Directions: (Turn on Broiler)

On a stove top, in an oven safe pan, pour the olive oil and let it warm.

Then take the tortilla and place it in the pan

While the tortilla is in the pan, add the pizza sauce, layer of cheese, layer of toppings, and another layer of cheese. (Add as much as you want, or as little)

Keep it in the pan for about two minutes, or until cheese starts to warm and melt on the edges.

With the pizza still in the pan, place the pan in the oven and let it broil for 2 minutes.

Remove with hot pads. Use a spatula to help slide it out of pan. Cut and serve.
