God Bless The USA
From my family to yours, I hope your Independence Day was a memorable, fun, and safe weekend. I ventured up to Oklahoma and had a small gathering with my family at my dad’s house. We meet there every year for good food, fellowship, and of course, fireworks. The food was all Ketogenic friendly and quite tasty.
This year was my first year of celebrating the holiday while on Keto. I must say, I didn’t miss anything. My hotdogs, my hamburgers, my Brats, Fotatoe Salad, thanks to lowcarblove.com, were all a big hit. I even made myself a strawberry cheesecake and chocolate ganache cake for desert. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and they even liked the fotatoe salad. Keto was a big hit this year and I hope I was able to influence some of my family.
A Welcome Site

Because of this beautiful country we live in we are able to have so many experiences and be who we want to be. I never take my freedom for granted. My family and I celebrate this great country every year, and remember how blessed we are to live here.
Remember that Keto isn’t about giving up any of your favorite foods. It’s about making your favorite foods with healthy ingredients. There’s no reason to give up the foods you love. Don’t feel like your celebration has to be boring when there are many ways to spice it up with keto recipes.
Kaboom

Every year my brothers and I light up the night with a fireworks display for all to enjoy. We go to our local fireworks dealer and buy around $500 worth. jakesfireworks.com is worth the trip if you ever find yourself in Norman, OK on the 4th of July. This year, because of my Ketogenic lifestyle, I had more energy than before. The show was an awesome site, and a welcomed one. I burned a substantial amount of calories and had good fat for energy.
Until Next Year

When the showers of sparks die out, when the air is cleared of smoke and it’s just me and the crickets, I’m most grateful for my family, friends and social media friends who have supported me on my journey. I hope this Independence Day was just as blessed for you as it was for me. For now, the sparks will remain dormant, but they are sure to return again next year.
Be sure and checkout the first installment on my road trip series A Paris Road Trip and learn How To Take A European Tour-In Texas. There are more reports from my airline travels coming up as well so please check back often. Thank you so much.
